The Olympic Flame is coming to Islington and you can join us for fun filled Torch Relay Day on Thursday, July 26.

Islington prepares to welcome the Olympic torch.
Join everyone on the streets of Islington to cheer on the Torchbearers in this once-in-a-lifetime spectacle. You'll see some breathtaking, original performances featuring dance, song and some very large ribbons!
When the torch leaves Islington to continue on its journey across London, you can continue your Olympic celebrations with an amazing family day of sports and showcases on Highbury Fields featuring:
- A special opening ceremony
- 19 Olympic and Paralympic sports to try from tennis to triathlon and basketball to boccia
- Football sessions from Arsenal FC
- Gymnastics, dance and cheerleading performances
