6 week Beginners Yoga Courses for the New Year. The Stretching the City 6 week beginners yoga course is designed to introduce the key postures, principles and philosophies of hatha yoga. Taking place at the follow times and venues:

Tuesdays 6-7pm, 18th Jan – 22nd Feb at St Marys, N1 2TX
Weds 6.15-7.15pm, 19th Jan – 23rd Feb at 26 Exmouth Market, EC1R 4QE
Wednesdays 8-9pm, 19th Jan – 23rd Feb at St Marys, N1 2TX
Saturdays 10.30-11.30am, 15th Jan – 19th Feb at E2 6GF
