NEW Beginners yoga courses starting at St Mary's on Upper Street, N1 2TX

Join me on Tuesdays 6-7pm or Wednesdays 8-9pm at the Johnston room in the St Mary's Chuch community centre.

This 6 week beginners course will teach you the key postures and principles of hatha yoga, leaving you confident to join general drop-in classes and establish a regular practice at home.

The group will be kept small, friendly and interactive. Enjoy an hour of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation for a mid-week boost to leave you feeling lighter in mind and body, and relaxed and revitalised for the week ahead.

£45 for 6 classes
* Starting on 26th October and then 27th Oct* ( two courses running at the same time) and lasting for 6 weeks
* Free drop-in trail class on Weds 20th October
