A fun & friendly group workout takes place every Sunday on Highbury Fields at 09:30. There's no shouting or military style behaviour - it's a hard workout delivered with a smile and a happy atmosphere. Led by personal trainer and kickboxer Lisa Kent, the Sunday morning workout sets you up for the day, blows away the cobwebs from the night before, and of course burns fat and ensures that you get fit and lose weight whilst still having fun.
