The temporary shelter will assist in the reduction of Anti Social Behaviour in our neighborhood. Provide a safe haven for the Islington Enhanced Community Outreach Team (ECO) to effectively work with people in distress in a warm environment instead of on the street; while they are trying to resolve whatever presenting problems people are facing over a longer period of time.
