This 6 week beginners course will teach you the key postures and principles of hatha yoga, leaving you confident to join general drop-in classes and establish a regular practice at home.

The group will be kept small, friendly and interactive. Enjoy an hour of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation for a mid-week boost to leave you feeling lighter in mind and body, and relaxed and revitalised for the week ahead.

The course is suitable for brand-new beginners or practitioners who want to go back to basics. Schedule may be subject to change, but the ‘theme’ of postures for each week is as follows:

Week 1: Sun salutations + standing poses
Week 2: Forward bends + stand poses
Week 3: Backbends
Week 4: Balances
Week 5: Inversions
Week 6 : All – a typical class

£55 for 6 classes
