I spotted this sign on Benwell Road N7, while out on my occasional jog in the local area. £3 for a class is fantastic, so am tempted to drop in tomorrow. Has anyone been along or do you know anything about the lessons?
The drop-in classes take place every Tuesday evening at 6pm
