Lovely roomy pub
This Highbury watering hole is one of my favourite local spots for a posh cider or a nice glass of Reisling. The selection for non beer-drinkers it one of its strengths, but I'm assured that it's also excellent for those into their ales. The inner bar is huge and very cosy on a cold day, while the conservatory and front garden are great places to sit in summer. A bit quieter than most Upper Street pubs and frequented more by residents, it can soon become a bit of a habit! Great pub quiz and yummy food, too...
