Cosy, beery bolthole
If you sort of miss your university days (but like being able to afford a round) you can re-live the good bits by visiting The Library; a bookish bar within staggering distance of Highbury & Islington tube. There's usually a comfy spot to sit down with a beer and newspaper, and occasional comedy and other live acts. Deserves to be better known!
