The Rotunda is a great place for trying out great wines and beers in a stylish, contemporary setting that makes an ideal venue for meeting and talking. Often frequented by media types from the Guardian building in which it is housed, the bar has stunning views of the canal, and the best time to go is just before dusk when you can watch the sunset over the water. Lovely on warmer evenings too when the large canal-side terrace is open. I haven't tried the food yet, but have heard good things...
