Having read that this restaurant is based on eco friendly concepts i decided to give it a try. We arrived to a well designed and a very new feeling restaurant perched on the canal with homegrown vegetables outside so was slightly suprised to find the menu populated with such extreme meat dishes. I decided to try the Lambs brain and cheek stew! This dish was actually an experience worth trying and the knowledge that everything was sourced so ethically made it all the more digestible.
