ReportWhite Rabbit is heaven sent. Beautifully simple decor, light-airy space with a selected bar menu including cocktails. The staff/service is great – lovely people who make you feel at ease instantly. Great wines too. The food is exceptional. The combination of flavours is keenly honed, for example the combination of the quail and corn bread. The Sunday roast (I had the aged beef) was superb – again the flavour combinations worked superbly. All meat cooked to perfection so far – love all the variations of rabbit I tried. The desserts here are spectacular too – the lemon tarte thingy and orange blossom brownie – FANTASTIC. I love sharing plates – enabling you to try many different foods – most are great portions – I would suggest ideally one plate between two people – although if you get the Old Spot rib that goes much further. To top it all off – the value for money is excellent. White Rabbit is quickly becoming my first choice for dining out.

English and seasonal food designed for sharing, with wood fired oven as our speciality.

At last! An interesting restaurant near Dalston Kingsland station! I've been here a few times and it keeps getting better. Try the cockles and mussels, and the cured meat platter. We also had the artichokes which were gorgeous, and the rabbit rillettes. The menu seems to change a lot, but I shall continue to work my way through it as fast as possible. Good service, reasonable prices, ideal location for pre-theatre dinner or food before a gig. The menu is designed to share dishes between you as a whole table, which I love, and gives you a chance to really get involved. There are fantastic fish and veggie options too.
