The branch of H&B at 31 Upper Street is well placed for those in need of a healthy local snack or pick-me-up, as well as being a great source of natural remedies. The staff here are particularly friendly and knowledgable, and I find it hard to walk by without popping in for a veggie scotch egg (seriously, you've got to try them!) or tub of pear and apple spread!
