N7 residents will feel a tiny glow of pride as they travel on the tube in coming weeks, as Holloway Road station is the subject of one of TfL's nerd-friendly 'Tube or False?' series, which invites commuters to answer bits of Tube trivia:

The poster reads: "In 1907, an innovative spiral escalator was installed at Holloway Road Station. Tube or false?"

Of course regular readers of this site will know that (spoiler alert!) the answer is of course 'Tube" *ahem* true, as the helter-skelter contraption in question was indeed installed at the N7 Piccadilly Line station at the turn of the last century. You can read a bit more about it here.
